Last october 2,2014 i started investing on the stock market through bpi trade. I set up my own account. Actually I begun investing in the stock market since 2002 we have a broker until now via FMIc of metrobank. But its under my moms name now i have my own stocks to trade. Bpi trad offers easy opening and does not impose minimum amount to start trading stocks. For three straightdays i was able to buy 7 different stocks but of course my holding was not that big. I started with 6k as my initial investment. Hopefully i pick the right stocks. When investing in the stock market try to determine your objectives know the companies you intend to trade. At the sametime try to deversify your holding to different sectors. Remember that there is the normal trade and odd lot trade. Normal trade are number of shares that are tradable in the minimum price lets say a stock is price at 50 php per share the minimum shares to be trade is 10 then if you trade on the odd lot this are share that can be trade below the minimum shares recquired let say 100 is the minimum you can buy 99 shares at the same time they are a bit higher than the normal price. The down side of using bpi trade is that most of the time there site is down or your deposit are not yet credited when this happen you have to fax a copy pf deposit slip or email the comfirmation if you transfer via online banking. Deposit made for you bpi trade will be reflected the following day.
